  1. Interesting list, Lilach. Might we suggest Agile CRM? We are a CRM platform aimed at startups, and small and medium businesses. Agile CRM comes with a built in multichannel marketing automation suite that enables users to perform email and social marketing (twitter, linkedin). It also has a fully functional social suite ala HootSuite. Agile CRM integrates with multiple third-party products like ClickDesk, Stripe, FreshBooks, Twilio etc. Our customers are very happy with how the product is helping them eliminate the sales vs marketing divide, and we’ve had very positive feedback so far. Please check us out http://www.agilecrm.com We’d be happy to schedule a demo for whoever’s interested.

How can you be called Sociable and NOT mention the most innovative social and collaborative CRM solutions on the market right now – Nimble and Bitrix24? Nimble is amazing and the fact that Bitrix24 is fully featured and free still blows my mind.

  3. Nice blog…a lot of information

Great information, thanks for posting. I am using Zoho but have been thinking of exploring other options and this will help me save time from searching randomly

    • Steve, We have used Zoho in the past, and like you (I suspect) we out grew it. We are a publishing company from the Netherlands. We have looked at most of these and for us Workbooks was by far the best option. In terms of cost and functionality it offered everything we wanted and needed.

We have been working with workbooks for about 8 months now and I can honestly say it was a great choice.

Workbooks is definitely a great solution for Small & Medium Businesses. Steve, if you are interested in discussing the differences between Zoho and Workbooks, I can certainly be of assistance. I have worked with both systems, and currently use Workbooks as my CRM of choice.

Certainly endorse Workbooks in your list.
Great service, nice features, and really helps you to automate all your customer facing activity.
Whether just CRM or all the way up to ordering and billing processes, and case management.
Very flexible integration capability. Senior management is really hands on and involved.
