I might be a little bit biased as they are a client of ours but as a mother of 9-year old daughter, and to be honest, as a woman enamored with accessories and decoration, I have to admit my excitement upon coming across Create It Now, just in time for the winter holidays.
This recently launched service allows you to create your own products, using your own photos – they have everything from phone and tablet cases, to jigsaw puzzles, and from print canvases to photobooks and many others.
Although there are plenty of similar services on the UK market, what makes Create It Now stand out is the plethora of different products they offer, their competitive prices and the ease with which you can customize almost anything you can think of.
The project started with two brothers that wanted to create a way for anyone to be able to immortalize memories as easy as a few clicks – so even your grandmother can easily do it. And they’ve definitely managed to achieve that – the process is incredibly simple, and the platform is very easy to use and get the hang of.
They also have a very useful feature where you can add images either from your own computer or directly from Facebook – where, let’s face it, most of us keep our photos.
Phone and tablet cases
If you have a smartphone or tablet, then you’ll definitely need a case for it. Create It Now allows you to either select from their existing design templates or personalize it completely with your photos, names and messages. If it is a company phone, you can even create a case with the company logo.
They have different types of phone cases that you can choose from:
- 3D wrap
- tough case
- flip case
And they are all lightweight, high quality and scratch resistant. You can also use their interactive 3D tool to view your case exactly the way it will look like when it will be printed.
With almost everyone having the same iPhones, Samsung Galaxy’s and iPad’s, a customized phone and tablet case can help you give some of your own personality to them and stand out from the crowd.
Decorating around the house
Whether you want to fill your house with your and your family’s memories, or simply want to surround yourself with your favorite art, Create It Now can help you achieve those wishes.
One of my favorite items of there is the Canvas Print. Just like with customized phone and tablet cases, you can select one of their pre-designed canvases from their library (including Banksy and other similar designs) or create your own canvas print with your photos. Creating your canvas is very simple – all you have to do is select the image you want and the preferred size and you’re good to go!
They also offer beautiful glass photo panels and acrylic blocks that are just as easy to customize.
Photobooks can make for an amazing gift for your family and friends or even for yourself. In a day and age when most of our photos are kept in our phones and on social networks, it is refreshing to actually print out some of them. You can easily create a 20-page professional quality photobook where you choose your own background colors and photos – all you have to do is download their free software for Windows and Mac OS X and then start adding your favorite pictures!
They also offer a variety of other different gifts for both children – jigsaw puzzles, toy bears – and adults: cutting boards and placemats, passport covers and mouse pads, customizable mugs and many more.
Overall, Create It Now makes for the perfect companion for this years’ holiday season and beyond. It allows for a way to buy some thoughtful (and useful!) gifts for our friends and family and why not, even to ourselves.
